Orientation Session – Spring 2022 (M.Phil. Program)

The orientation session for all the MPhil programs at SCPS was held on 5^th January 2022. The introductory speech was delivered by PG Program Coordinator, Dr. Faryal Jahan, which included the introduction to the respective M.Phil. programs along with the brief account of SCPS journey. Afterwards, Dr. Waseem Ullah introduced the Department of Clinical Pharmacy Practice highlighting the modalities and training at Shifa International Hospital along with the academic activities and systems in place. The introduction to M.Phil. Pharmaceutical Chemistry program was delivered by Dr. Madiha Ahmed with special emphasis on the research outcomes expected by the candidates. At the end of the session, Dr. Rashid Ali Khan (Advisor Student Affairs) explained all the matters pertaining to the student affairs and academic activities with special reference to the PG Guide book.

The Hospital orientation session of M.Phil. Clinical Pharmacy batch was done to introduce the students with the hospital protocols and safety procedures.
