Seats for Balochistan

  1. Candidates from Balochistan are directed to submit their application for admission on the quota seats (01 for Gilgit and 01 for Balochistan) at Shifa College of Dentistry.
  2. The candidate must have the domicile of the mentioned province to be eligible for the allocated seat.
  3. Eligible candidates are required to submit the Admission Application through a Google Form, available at the following link:

  1. There are 3 sections of the Google form. All fields are mandatory. The file size of all attachments shall be less than 1 MB.
  2. The deadline to submit the response over Google Form is 15th Februrary 2024 (4.00 PM).
  3. Candidates are required to submit Admission Processing Fee of 2000. The mode of payment will be Online/Mobile Banking transfer. The bank details are as follows:

  1. The candidate, who has already applied on open merit, is required to share their Application ID in the Google form. Already registered candidates are exempted from application charges.
  2. This notification is only for the applicants from Gilgit / Baltistan & Balochistan. Top merit candidates amongst them shall be offered Admission.
  3. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
