Year-4 MBBS students in the current clerkship of Community and Family Medicine attended the 8^th Annual Public Health Conference on “Social Health Protection in Pakistan: Prospects, Scalability and Sustainability” organized by Health Services Academy, Islamabad on 6^th December, 2017. Students were supervised by faculty members Dr. Saba and Dr. Tehmina. Students attended the inaugural session on “Future of Health and Healthcare: Challenges and Opportunities” presented by Dr. Sania Nishtar, Founder and President of Heartfile, followed by plenary sessions on “Global Agenda for Health” by various prominent speakers. Students also listened to scientific sessions on various public health issues, visited different health stalls and viewed the poster exhibition.
