Students of 4^th year MBBS in the Clerkship of Community and Family Medicine were taken to Rural Health Centre (RHC), Tarlai on 15^th Nov, 2017 by Dr. Umme Kulsoom. The purpose of this visit was to demonstrate the working of health system of Pakistan in a semi-urban community. Permission for this visit was taken from EDO Health, Islamabad. Students learned about various services provided in primary health care setting including T.B DOTS program, Polio eradication program, EPI, essential medicines pharmacy, laboratory and outpatient departments.
