Students of year 4 class 2020 attending the clerkship of community and family medicine visited RHC Tarlai on 11th January 2019, under the supervision of Dr Umme Kulsoom Khattak along with Dr Saima and Dr Tahira. The Objective of this visit was to demonstrate the students about how RHCs are providing primary care services to the patients in rural communities. A brief introduction was given about the facilities being provided at the center including outpatient department services, vaccination against ten target diseases, mother & child health care services, free provision of medicines, laboratory services, TB DOTS program, malaria & dengue prevention, polio eradication campaigns and community oriented lady health worker (LHW) program.
