A workshop on “Stress Management “ was conducted under supervision of Dr. Nabia Tariq, Dr. Sajida Naseem  and Dr. Syeda Hanaa Fatima for students of Year 5 attending clerkship of Os / Gynae on Friday Jan 19, 2018. 22 students participated in the workshop. It was organized by faculty Shifa College of Medicine with the help of clinical psychologist Ayseha Tariq from. Shifa International Hospital. Students were exposed to multiple indoor and outdoor activities during the 3 hour workshop. At the end group that performed the best according to the checklist were given prize. Students said their stress was reduced after the workshop. They also suggested to have more workshops in future.
