To appreciate and highlight the success of academic and other achievements of students of STMU, The High Achievers Certificate Ceremony 2019 was held at SCM on May 3^rd  2019. Prof Zia-ul-Qayyum, VC Allama Iqbal Open University was the Chief Guest. Dean Health Sciences & Department of Clinical Psychology Prof Dr M Amir was the host. It was attended by VC STMU Prof Dr M Iqbal, Registrar Prof Dr Ahsan Hameed, Controller Examination Prof Dr M Iqbal, Faculty of SCM, SCN, SC-MT, Department of Psychology.

Students of constituent colleges of STMU securing more than 80% marks, >3 GPA were awarded cash prize amounting to 15%, 10% & 5% of their tuition fee based on 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd position respectively, in the Annual Examination.

Among the other achievements, students were awarded certificates for being recognized nationally or internationally in any field or achieving position in any outside university competition including extra- curricular and co-curricular activities. These include: best researcher, authoring a poetry book, developing mobile apps, climbing up to the base of Nanga Parbat, skit play, sports competitions etc.
