A series of workshops as part of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) was planned and conducted by the Department of Health Professions Education (DHPE) – Shifa College of Medicine. The main purpose of the workshops was to enhance and enrich the curricular design and delivery that are already in practice.

The first series titled, “How to develop learning objectives”, focused on training regarding creating learning objectives as per the institute’s ever-evolving educational policies. Interaction and hands-on practice was the main strength of these activities. The participants were faculty members from departments of basic Sciences, clerkships and Physiotherapy.

These workshops were conducted in the basement conference room- Shifa College of Medicine NCBMS campus, on the following dates:

Workshop I-   Wednesday September 23rd   at 1030hrs

Workshop II- Tuesday        October 13th        at 1030hrs

Workshop III- Wednesday October 14h         at 1030hrs

Workshop IV- Friday           October 16th        at 1030 hrs

Workshop V- Wednesday October 21st        at 1030 hrs
