DHPE arranged another guest lecture on Friday 27^th April 2018 by Dr Janet Holt from the University of Leeds, U.K. on “Emotional Intelligence as a leadership theory in Health Professions Education”. The audience included Deans of SCM, SCN and Pharmacy and HODs of allied schools of STMU and clinical and basic sciences faculty and MHPE students from STMU.  Dr Janet gave a presentation on emotional intelligence and various leadership styles prevalent in the world. There was then a question and answer session followed by tea.
