Students of 4^th year MBBS, Community and Family Medicine clerkship visited Rural Health Centre (RHC) Tarlai on 2^nd May 2018 under supervision of Dr Umme Kulsoom Khattak. The objectives of the visit were to show the students, the Primary Health Care setting and working of Health system of Pakistan under government setup. Students learned about the different services provided in a Primary Health Care setting including essential medicine pharmacy, TB DOTS program, Expanded Program of Immunization, laboratory services, Malaria & dengue control and daily outpatient clinic. Special talk was given by Polio Eradication officer regarding Polio eradication activities and surveillance of Acute flaccid paralysis.
