An educational development seminar titled “Well rounded and grounded” was held on January 26, 2019. It was conducted by the Behavioural Sciences team in collaboration with the department of health professions education. Dr Saima Perwaiz Iqbal gave a presentation in the beginning, highlighting the need for incorporating Behavioural Sciences in the medical curriculum. The participants were divided into twelve groups according to their specialties and were asked to select a topic to be delivered in their respective clerkships/modules. After the group activity each group representative presented their topics, its significance, teaching strategies and assessment methods. This was followed by concluding remarks by Dr Muhammad Iqbal, Vice Chancellor STMU and Dr Muhammad Amir, Principal and Dean Shifa College of Medicine
