A seminar was held on June 30, 2018 on “Reflection on Assessment: Post-hoc analysis”. Prof. Dr Riffat Shafi gave a brief presentation and described the qualities of a good assessment and highlighted the factors influencing the reliability of a test. This was followed by Dr Samreena Mansoor’s presentation explaining the post-hoc analysis and its interpretation in detail. Later the participants were divided in different groups and were given a sample post-hoc analysis to interpret. Each group was facilitated by a group leader including Dr. Hanaa Fatima, Dr. Muneeza Aamir Sami, Dr. Shazia Iram, Dr. Ayesha Rafi, Dr. Ghazala Mudassir, Dr. Tatheer Zahra, Dr. Arshad Javed, Dr. Khurram Irshad and Dr. Ashraf Hussain. The seminar concluded with discussion and recitation of Surah Fatiha by Prof. Dr Saeed Shafi
