A fund raising function “Shifa Mehfil” was organized by Shifa Debating League on 4th January 2018. Aim was to generate funds for upcoming Shifa Tameer-e-Millat intra-university debate. Tickets were sold and more than expected number of students attended and enjoyed the Mehfil. Highlights of the function were Bonfire, poetry, Guitar and music. Renowned humorous poet “Sarfraz Shahid“ was the chief guest of the function. His classical humorous poetry attracted large audience and was enjoyed by the students. At the end, Dr. Ashraf (Incharge Debating League) thanked the Principal for his presence and encouragement of extra- curricular activities in Shifa College of Medicine. Principal in his speech congratulated the organizers and encouraged the students to take part in such healthy activities. Principal presented the college plaque to Mr. Sarfraz Shahid the chief guest.
