Saturday seminar is the trademark of Shifa College of Medicine. Due to the prevailing situation of COVID and restrictions imposed by NCOC a webinar was arranged on 29^th January,2022 titled “Jinnah’s Islamic vision of Pakistan”. The objective was to familiarize the faculty with Jinnah’s Islamic vision of Pakistan as Muslim state and society. The session was started after recitation of holy Quran by Dean faculty of Health Sciences, Professor Dr. Muhammad Amir and moderated by Dr. Shazia Irum (Assistant Professor-Department of Health Professions Education). Guest speaker Professor Dr Anis Ahmed, Vice Chancellor Riphah University, Islamabad delivered the talk. The Q & A session was conducted by Dr Fahad Azam (Associate Professor, Pharmacology Department). The session concluded with remarks from Vice Chancellor Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University Professor Dr. Muhammad Iqbal and dua by Dean Faculty of health Sciences, Professor Dr. Muhammad Amir.
