Guest lecture on Mental Health awareness was organized by the Department of Community medicine on 6^th March 2018 for Year 4 students in the current clerkship of Community and Family medicine. Presentation was given by Yusra Naeem, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, from Therapy Works. Therapy Works is a counselling and psychotherapy center affiliated with the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) in the United Kingdom. Students were given detailed information about various mental health problems in Pakistan including Depression, Substance Abuse and Personality Disorders. Students were also briefed about different management strategies including counselling and rehabilitation.
