Four Years Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology (BSCP)
The BSCP Program commenced in February 2018. The BSCP Program is spread over 8- semesters and the total credit hours for overall program are 129. The program shall be governed by the Undergraduates Regulation of the University.
The main focus of the program is to prepare knowledgeable, clinically competent professional Clinical Psychologist who will be able to provide comprehensive care at primary, secondary and tertiary levels within hospitals and community settings. The program imparts theoretical knowledge and skills which are grounded in evidence-based practice to ensure safe and high-quality Clinical Psychologist. In addition to theoretical knowledge and skills, the program aims to enhance critical thinking, decision making and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria for BS Clinical Psychology:
Following academic qualifications is necessary for the applicant to be eligible for consideration in BS Program.
- Certificate of Twelve years of Education F.Sc / F.A / A. Level (Pre Medical / Pre Engineering / Psychology / Humanities / Arts) or equivalent with at least 50% Marks.
- Minimum score of 50% percent in University / Departmental test.
- Character certificate from the last educational institution attended.
- Candidates can appear in the admission test irrespective of the declaration of the intermediate result with submission of an Affidavit / Hope Certificate.
