Fire drill Activity was organised for all the students, faculty and staff in Shifa College of Medicine during the Respiratory Module, Class of 2026, on 30^th August 2022, by Mr Bilawal Ali Haider, Incharge Administration Department, facilitated by Dr Arham Javed, Course Director (Respiratory Module) in collaboration with the Fire & Safety Department of Shifa International Hospital. The purpose of the activity was to increase the level of awareness, regarding emergency evacuation from the building, amongst the students, faculty and staff.

The fire alarm was activated at 10:00 hours, all the personnel were guided by the relevant team leader towards the assembly area, headcount was done which confirmed that everyone was evacuated safely. The working of fire extinguishers was demonstrated and was practically performed by various students, faculty and staff during the drill.
