An educational development seminar titled “Ethical Dilemma & Moral Injury in Professional Life” was held on Saturday, JUNE 29, 2024 at SCM Campus. The objectives of the seminar were to: • Internalize ethical dilemma in healthcare ecosystem. • Align ethical reasoning with the contextual environment. • Diagnose moral injuries. • Outline reparative measures for alleviation of moral insult. • Explore spiritual guidelines in dealing with ethical and moral insults. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Khan facilitated an engaging two-hour interactive session. During this event, participants were thoroughly briefed on various ethical principles and values pertinent to medical practice and research. The session emphasized the importance of ethical conduct in the medical field, aiming to enhance the participants’ understanding and application of these principles in their professional roles. The session concluded by the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, who offered concluding remarks and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Vice Chancellor for his insightful facilitation and contributions to the session’s success.
