Fee Refund and Charging of Advance Tax
Statutes Regarding Fee Refund:
- Fee shall be refunded to candidates who desire to migrate/discontinue studies upon prior application and approval in writing for the same.
- The fee shall be refunded as follows:

- Percentage of fee shall be applicable on all components of fee, except for security and admission charges including prospectus, admission processing, admission fee, etc.
- Timeline shall be calculated continuously—i.e., covering both weekdays and weekend.
- No refund including security deposit may be permissible if the admission/registration of a student is cancelled upon any disciplinary grounds/violation of the code.
- The Security Deposit to the graduates shall be refunded when the respective graduation ceremony is done.
- In case of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, the refund policy/regulations of Pakistan and Medical and Dental Council shall be followed.
Policy on Collection/Charging of Advance Tax
- The University shall collect/charge adjustable advance tax at the rate of 5% provided the annual fee exceeds rupees two hundred thousand (Rs. 200,000). The fee shall include the tuition fee and all charges by whatever name called received by the University, excluding the amount received as refundable.
- The amount of tax shall be in addition to the prescribed annual fee and once it is deposited with the Government Treasury, the University shall not be liable to make any refund and/or adjustment thereof.
