PROFILE SUMMARY
Ms. Samiya Ashraf holds an MPhil in Psychology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and a BS (Hons) in Psychology from International Islamic University, Islamabad and she is currently serving as a Lecturer at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University. With experience in teaching, research, and academic mentorship, she has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences. Her academic focus spans cognitive, positive, and health psychology, with an interest in resilience, coping mechanisms, personality development, digital behavior, personal growth and psychosocial well-being. She remains actively involved in research collaborations and academic initiatives.
