The students and Community Medicine department of Shifa College of Medicine organized an orientation session for SYNCH (Solidarity among young nation for change), a group of motivated young individuals focused on improving the standards of education and healthcare particularly targeting the periphery. The SCM representative team: Nismat Javed (Y 3), Dr. Sajida Naseem, Dr. Zahid Naeem, Ibrahim Ansari and Hashir Khawaja met the SYNCH representative team from Rawalpindi Medical University: Ayesha Ghani, Ali Hassan Malik, Sikander Jahangir and Zumna Zaman on 14 March 2018. There was a collective effort during this session to promote the initiative taking for the society.
