Dr Ejaz A. Khan was the main speaker who conducted a workshop by the title “New Year’s Resolution: Judicious Use of Antibiotics, an Educational Strategy”. It was a very interactive session where the speaker highlighted how antibioitics are overprescribed worldwide, especially in Pakistan and how their misuse  can have grave consequences. Take home message for the audience was to use antibiotics judiciously and think twice before prescribing one.
