Project name: step up against domestic violence: 1st position

Markhor is Pakistan’s first premium wilderness-based leadership conference. They select 50 delegates in total national and international. There’s a diversity of 6 religions, 261 institutions and 25000+ youth trained. It was divided into two phases, first was an online training phase where every tribe had to carry out a social action project. There were nine projects, and mine was the step-up against domestic violence. Khadija Rafiques’ group focused on highlighting domestic violence, spreading awareness about the steps and procedures to follow if one is a victim, women empowerment, sex education, and self-defence. The impact count was more than 4000 online and on the ground combined. The project was continued in Multan, Islamabad Rawalpindi, Nowshera, Hyderabad, Hazara, and Lahore.
