Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University, Islamabad, Pakistan plans to initiate an International Diploma on Mental Health, Law and Human Rights with the technical assistance of World Health Organization (WHO), School of Universal Health Coverage, STMU and the Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy, Indian Law Society, Pune, India.
