Emotional Intelligence – Educational Developmental Seminar- July 2023

Department of Health Professions Education organised a faculty development seminar titled “Emotional Literacy” on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 0900 hrs at Shifa College of Medicine Campus.  Dr Tajik Sohail Habib (Additional Secretary-Federal Government) graced the occasion by highlighting the importance of Emotional Intelligence. He elaborated on various self-awareness strategies, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. The Vice-Chancellor Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University-Prof. Dr Muhammad Iqbal, Dean Faculty of Health Sciences-Prof. Dr Muhammad Amir and faculty from both basic and clinical sciences attended the seminar. The event was well received and appreciated by everyone.
