The Department of Health Professions Education organized an educational development seminar titled “Leadership: Navigating Challenges and Inspiring Excellence” on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the SCM Campus. Dr. Shuail Tajik, Additional Secretary in the Federal Government of Pakistan and an alumnus of Khyber Medical University, facilitated the seminar.
The primary objective of the seminar was to guide faculty members in understanding and developing leadership competencies, with a focus on enhancing workplace productivity and improving healthcare delivery. The event brought together faculty members from both basic and clinical sciences, emphasizing the critical role of leadership in academic and professional settings.
The seminar concluded with closing remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, who expressed profound appreciation for Dr. Tajik’s valuable insights and contributions. The event concluded with a Dua, marking the culmination of a meaningful and enriching session.
