SCM e-Portal Training session September 25, 2025

The Department of Health Professions Education (DHPE) conducted a training session on September 4, 2025, to facilitate the implementation of JCIA policy requirements at Shifa International Hospital (SIH). In alignment with these requirements, the SCM e-portal was developed by the MIS–STMU team. The session, facilitated by Mr. Ubaid Ur Rehman from MIS–STMU, offered hands-on training to the designated coordinators of Years III, IV, and V MBBS. Practical exercises were incorporated to enhance participants’ proficiency with the system. Emphasis was placed on the timely uploading and regular updating of student data for current and upcoming clinical rotations and clerkships to ensure accuracy and compliance.
