July 3, 2024We are pleased to announce that two of our distinguished faculty members, Professor Fahad Azam from the Shifa College of Dentistry and Professor Abida Shaheen from the Shifa College of Medicine, have been selected for the esteemed FAIMER Fellowship.
The International FAIMER Institute (IFI) class of 2024 will begin their two-year online fellowship on June 3, 2024. This fellowship aims to enhance the skills of international health professions faculty, focusing on advanced education methods, leadership and management, education scholarship and research, project management and evaluation, and quality assurance, The program will also develop strong professional connections with health professions educators worldwide.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Professor Fahad Azam and Professor Abida Shaheen on this significant achievement. Their participation in the FAIMER Fellowship will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of health professions education at our institution and beyond.
