The Department of Shariah and Law has the following aims:
To be a leader in producing competent professionals in Shariah and Law.
Integrate contemporary and Islamic theoretical frameworks and modalities for legal practice.
Combine academic teaching, legal practice, research, and development activities in the interest of students and the nation.
Strengthen a culture of research and evidence-based practice rooted in Pakistan’s cultural diversity and norms.
Generate and share knowledge at professional forums to support lifelong learning and social improvement.
Organize and participate in national and international workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences to share experience and strengthen academic and professional bonds.

Visits to the Supreme Court, high courts, district courts, and bar associations
Visits to the National Assembly, Senate, and provincial assemblies to observe legislative procedures
Visits to the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Federal Shariat Court, Law and Justice Commission, and judicial academies
Visits to federal and provincial ministries
Guest lectures on legal topics
Seminars, workshops, symposiums, and roundtable discussions on legal issues
Departmental trips to scenic locations
Other activities as may be proposed in the future
Develop advocacy skills among law students.
Pro bono services are provided to the general public regarding legal matters and guidance.
