The twenty-first century has brought significant change to the business environment, placing constant pressure on academia to keep pace with shifting market demands — and Pakistan is no exception. Domestic businesses today face challenges from the entry of multinational corporations, the need for continuous innovation, evolving regulatory requirements, and the demands of global trade and efficient operations.

The Department of Management Sciences (DMS) at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University (STMU) was established to help meet these challenges by producing management graduates equipped to understand and respond to the dynamics of domestic and global markets.

The department offers a diverse range of undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programmes, including a BBA with electives in Finance, Human Resource Management, and Marketing; a BS in Business Analytics, Accounting & Finance, Islamic Finance & Banking, and Health Services Management; and an MBA/MS with specializations in Human Resource Management, Health Services Management, Marketing, and Finance.

Our faculty are highly qualified and experienced, with a strong record of research publications.
