An eventful day was spent with Children from “Care for Special Persons Foundation (CFSPF)”, organized by department of Community Medicine under the supervision of Prof Dr Zahid Naeem, Dr Sajida Naseem and their team. The Children with special needs were engaged in different activities including plantation, face painting, singing, music and other physical activities performed through combined efforts of Year 4 CFM clerkship and Year 1 medical students. The event concluded with distribution of “Happy Meal” to the CFSP children which was arranged by Year 4 clerkship students by their collective funding. About 20 trees were planted through the hands of these children along with their faculty.
