PROFILE SUMMARY

Mr. Muhammad Junaid Khattak is an academic and industry professional with a strong background in Electronics and Artificial Intelligence, with specialized expertise in Machine Learning. He completed his Master’s degree in Electronics in 2018 and later earned his M.Phil in Electronics (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) in 2021 from Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad, Pakistan. His advanced academic training has equipped him with solid theoretical and applied knowledge in modern AI-driven technologies. Currently, he is serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computing at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University, Islamabad, where he is actively involved in teaching, academic development, and student mentoring. He brings with him more than five years of teaching experience, having served at several reputable institutions, including International Islamic University Islamabad, National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), and Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

In addition to academia, he has professional industry experience as an AI Engineer at Pakistan Detector Technology (PDT), where he applied machine learning techniques to real-world engineering and intelligent systems problems. His research interests primarily focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and he is actively engaged in scholarly research. He has authored multiple research manuscripts, including two research papers currently under review in recognized journals, and contributes to the academic community through research and peer-review activities, including reviewing for IEEE journals.
