It is our wish that every prospective teacher who comes to the DOE, leave with an experience that is intriguing, inspiring and wholesome. Consequently, Management of the Department and faculty of the DOE, strive to develop pivotal skills and knowledge among the educators who will turn ignite curiosity, creativity, Communication and Collaboration, Citizenship, ethical values, and Critical thinking in their Learners.

DOE, offers studies in the “Early Childhood Care and Education”, diploma, certificate, associate degree, bachelor degree programs. DOE, also offers the programs in the domain of Educational Leadership and Management. In any of these domains, Prospective teaches can expect to work in a learning environment.
