She has remained associated with the Board of Studies of the National Institute of Psychology, Quaid I Azam University, Islamabad and Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan for more than fifteen years. She also has been member of the Board of Faculty of the Quaid I Azam University, Islamabad, where she represented the Federal Government Educational Institutions of Islamabad, Pakistan. Currently, she is member, Board of Studies and Board of Faculty of the Department of Clinical Psychology, Shifa Tameer eMillar University, Islamabad. Dr. Kausar’s research and writings covers a variety of topics ranging from risk perception, emotional intelligence and study of attitudes, intentions and behaviors. He has more than four papers published in different academic journals to her credit. Shee has also presented number of research papers at academic /professional conferences in Pakistan, and UK.
