Our six- month Certificate Program in Health Professions Education (CHPE) is designed to empower current and future educators in the health sciences. Through four comprehensive courses—Fundamentals of Teaching and Learning, Fundamentals of Curriculum, Fundamentals of Assessment & Evaluation, and Educational Research and Leadership for Change—participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to drive innovation and excellence in health professions education.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this certificate program, the participants will be able to:

Transform contextual medical educational practices by bringing innovations in curriculum, instructional design, assessment and evaluation methods.
Become a leader in educational research to inform evidence-based decision-making, and to drive positive change in educational settings.

The course is offered in blended learning format with face to face and online self-study
There are two face-to-face sessions: first at the beginning of the program and second after three months.
