Certificate/Diploma Programs DOE

The teaching profession is considered the backbone of the educational system of a country. The Department of Education (DOE), Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH) of Shifa Tameer-e-Millat is established in the year 2023 for the purpose of teacher training programs. The DOE, will work in the purview of FSSH.

To lead the transformation of education in Pakistan by promoting inclusive, innovative and culturally responsive practices that honor our religious, historial and cultural heritage, while integrating international standards with local needs to foster holistic development and societal progress.

To prepare competent and ethical educators equipped with the knowledge, skills, and moral competency required to address the diverse and evolving needs of Pakistan’s society. The department is committed to nurture educational leaders who inspire by example, promote quality in education and demonstrate critical thinking, ethical decision making, and collaboration. It seeks to empower educators to navigate uncertainity and emerging challenges, enabling them to create inclusive and transformative learning enviroment that prepares future generations for a dynamic world.  

The DOE, of FSSH, will strive for the following’s goals:

1. To promote awareness about the importance of Early Childhood Care and Education and General Education
2. To provide outreach guidance and support to improve the quality of educational services to institution
3. To enhance the capacity of the faculty, through faculty development programs.

To render other educational, training and management services to academic institutions working across the country.
