Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in business and management. It combines theoretical knowledge with practical application to prepare graduates for success in today’s dynamic and competitive global marketplace. The curriculum encompasses general education courses that foster holistic development and broaden perspectives on social, economic, and technological forces, alongside core business disciplines such as accounting, finance, marketing, and human resource management. Interdisciplinary courses further enrich the program by integrating knowledge across fields, encouraging students to see the “big picture,” develop creative insights, and cultivate innovative thinking. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on building analytical and critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, ethical decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Students gain valuable real-world exposure through internships, projects, and case studies, ensuring that classroom learning translates into practical experience. Upon graduation, BBA students are well-prepared to assume entry-level managerial roles in both public and private sector organizations, launch or expand entrepreneurial ventures, or pursue advanced studies in business and management. Ultimately, the program aims to develop competent, socially responsible business professionals who can drive innovation, make sound managerial decisions, and contribute meaningfully to society.
