PROFILE SUMMARY

Dr. Suleman Khan has over 20 years of professional and academic experience in the field of Robotics, Embedded Control system and Computer Vision. Throughout his  career, he led and contributed to numerous robotics projects with a combined worth exceeding 500 million PKR, many of which are currently deployed across various industries in Pakistan/Sweden.

He holds an MS in Information Technology from the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), and a PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden, which ranks among the top 40 Universities globally. Looking ahead, he aims to continue research in robotics, Artificial intelligence and computer Vision, particularly focusing on computer vision applications and real-time integration of machine learning models (MLPs and ANNs) into robotic systems (exoskeletons, mobile) for disabled and elderly individuals. He believes this research will have a significant social and healthcare impact, improving mobility and quality of life for those in need.
