As doctor’s medical activity is embedded in the current laws, medical students must be informed about the legal norms affecting them, and especially about the legal basis of the doctor patient relationship. Beyond the personal care for the patient, practicing doctors are compelled by laws and regulations to fulfill a number of other duties.
